Understanding human behavior is the key to identifying and developing talented and successful people. 

The Individual Behavioral Profile is a proprietary behavioral assessment instrument developed by JDHA.  This instrument compares and contrasts an individual's behavioral potential versus the behavioral requirements and demands of a particular job.  The Individual Behavioral Profile is available exclusively for use by clients of JDHA.

Our assessment instrument is based upon a foundation of extensive research representing over 50 years of professional development and scrutiny, 125 published studies and full EEOC compliance.

The Individual Behavioral Profile is available online via JDHA’s web-based assessment center.  This allows us to complete the testing process and provide feedback to clients in a cost-effective and timely manner.  Turnaround time for assessments is typically 2 days or less.   

Behavioral profiling is an important and invaluable tool that our clients use to effectively recruit, select, train, manage and motivate their people.

Avoid the natural impulse to hire those who may appear acceptable or who might work out.  Be selective in the very beginning.  It's the quickest way to achieve excellence in people.
