
Executive Level Consultation
Many executives, CEOs, presidents and other leaders will agree that it is often “lonely at the top.” Our experience has shown that what leaders ask most of us is objective, candid and fact-based counsel that is built upon a foundation of trust, credibility and open communication.
Leaders regularly tell us that they are surrounded by “Yes People” who are incapable of providing sound counsel or advice at this level. JDHA recognizes, understands and appreciates the complex and often competing issues that executives must deal with on a daily basis.
As JDHA consults exclusively on higher-priority internal initiatives, executive-level consultation is an inevitable and essential component of our work. Virtually all of our client work starts (and comes full-circle to end) at the executive-level.
We consult regularly with, and report to CEOs, presidents and boards to ensure that our work with each client is consistent with overall organizational goals and objectives.
We invest the time in analyzing, understanding, developing and confirming executive-level goals and objectives to ensure that our initiatives are tied directly to overall strategic direction. Taking this approach, we ensure continuity between organizational, divisional, departmental and individual activities.
Often, we develop strategic plans directly with executive-level leaders and boards. Then, the “implementation” of various initiatives is delegated to senior-level managers and their subordinates. JDHA is charged with the ultimate responsibility for working with senior-level managers to ensure results are produced…On-time and within budget.
