Mission Statement
We solve problems for our client organizations. JDHA works with clients to help them objectively assess their strengths, weaknesses and greatest opportunities for improvement. And, we partner with them to build and implement solutions that enable them to reach their objectives. Our goal is to help clients increase their productivity, profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, communication, culture and any other metrics that define organizational excellence.
Our Values
Empathy – We cannot possibly help a client unless we fully understand its unique goals and objectives, competitive position, people and vision for the future.
Honesty – Providing honest and candid counsel that is rooted in facts, truth and objective data, regardless of its interpretation as good or bad news.
Open Communication – Keeping our clients apprised as to our progress. Responding to any client requests within 24 hours. Asking the right questions at the right times. Most importantly, listening as we guide clients through the organizational development process.
Expertise – Working only in industries, areas of specialization and subject matter where we can truly create a positive impact for each client. Understanding and appreciating that we cannot be all things to all clients…Our working philosophy, approach and services are not for everyone. And, recognizing that the “fit” between JDHA’s services and any client’s needs is a primary determinant of their success.
Accountability – All of our client engagements are inherently built upon the concept of accountability…We deliver upon what we have promised, or there are consequences. We strongly encourage our clients to develop similar philosophies and agreements with their employees, customers and suppliers. To do otherwise is to marginalize the quality of any client organization, its people, customers, suppliers or JDHA.
Value – Understanding that we must deliver solutions to our client organizations in ways that make sense to them financially. Maximizing the value and utility of all client resources throughout the course of our work together. Establishing performance metrics (up front) to define, track and validate our progress throughout the organizational development process.
“We solve problems for our client organizations.”
