Strategy formulation and implementation are the foundation of consulting services provided by JDHA.
  
Strategic Planning is, by our definition, the important and ongoing process of assessing a company's current position, clarifying and prioritizing key issues, setting goals and objectives and taking action to ensure long-term organizational success.

While most companies realize the value and importance of this planning process, they often struggle with the forces that truly drive strategic change - It requires hard work, vision, dedication, creativity, strong follow through and unwavering leadership skills. We firmly believe that excellence starts at the top of any organization. 

Remember that results are the true measure of success for any strategic initiatives. Consequently, the most successful companies develop Strategic Plans that emphasize action, accountability and follow through.

Effective Strategic Planning boils down to creating and executing a specific set of steps or activities that will drive a company’s overall goals and objectives.  JDHA works closely with clients to establish, clarify and put those plans into writing.  And, into action…We are often retained to help our clients execute their Strategic Plans.  Usually, clients look to JDHA to provide guidance, oversight and accountability throughout all levels of the organization. 

Our final recommendation is simple:  Plan your work carefully…Then, work your plan completely.  If the plan is weak, results will be weak.  Companies that develop concise, definitive, clearly communicated and action-oriented plans will reap the benefits.
