Collectively, these programs embody the philosophies, principles, skill sets, practices and competencies required by Organizational Development. They have been designed to directly address the problems, deficiencies and opportunities that we most often find in client organizations.
Our goal in providing these programs is to build better leaders, managers and performers throughout our client companies. JDHA’s approach emphasizes training that is action-oriented and directly applicable to each employee’s individual work.
Training that is directed to qualified, competent and motivated people can unleash an organization’s true potential. Likewise, training that is directed to marginal, incapable, non-motivated or non-committed individuals is a waste of any company’s time, money and other valuable resources.
As a matter of principle, we focus our training efforts on people who demonstrate thecapacity and desire to develop themselves professionally.
